Warranty & Complaints

At Induction Kings, quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. We exclusively supply carefully selected products and guarantee the highest standards in material and finish. Should anything not be to your liking, we will of course be happy to resolve it with you.

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on our Induction Protectors, provided they are used correctly according to the included manual.

For all our other products, there is no warranty, but there is a 30-day cooling-off period. Within this period, you can return the product if it is unused and in its original condition.

What is covered by warranty?

✔ Factory or manufacturing defects in induction hob protectors
✔ Issues arising from normal, domestic use as prescribed

What is not covered by the warranty?

✘ Damage due to improper use or incorrect cleaning
✘ Wear and tear due to intensive or commercial use
✘ Damage due to dropping, impact, or heat sources not mentioned in the manual

Send an email to info@inductionkings.nl with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Any photos of the product

We will contact you within 1 business day.

Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about your order or our service? We are, of course, sorry to hear that. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do everything we can to help you appropriately.

Report your complaint via:

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of your complaint
  • Any relevant images or media

We aim to respond within 24 hours and work together to find a suitable solution.

Cooling-off Period and Returns

You have the right to a 30-day cooling-off period on all our products. Within this period, you can return your product without stating a reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
